Specs of the Grafalloy ProLaunch

The ProLaunch is a series of golf club shafts that are manufactured and distributed by Grafalloy. The ProLaunch series includes the ProLaunch Axis, ProLaunch Red, ProLaunch Blue and ProLaunch AMP. The models in the series have different combinations of technology, modulus and flex trajectory. The ProLaunch Axis and ProLaunch Blue shafts are available with different dimensions.

  1. ProLaunch Axis

    • The standard tip and butt diameters for the ProLaunch Axis Red, ProLaunch Axis Platinum and ProLaunch AXIS Blue are .335 inches and .600 inches, respectively. Each shaft measures 46 inches in length. The Axis Red has a low ball flight with a weight of 62 to 63 grams, torque of 3.8 and a tip length of 3 inches. The Axis Platinum provides a medium level of ball flight with a weight of 49 to 66 grams and a torque of 3.3 to 4.0. The tip length is 4 inches.     ProLaunch Red

    • The ProLaunch Red is also referred to as the Parallel Woods shaft which is available in tip diameters of .335 or .350 inches. The butt diameter can range anywhere between .6 and .61 inches, depending on the tip diameter. The length of the shaft is 46.0 inches and the tip length is 3 inches. The torque measurement is 3 and the shaft is available in weights of 62, 64 or 66 grams. The ball flight of the ProLaunch Red is low.

    ProLaunch Blue

    • The ProLaunch Blue 45 has a tip diameter of .335 or .350 inches and a butt diameter of .595 or .6 inches. The tip is 2.0 inches and the torque is 5.0. The weight ranges between 44 and 48 grams. The 55 and 65 have the same tip diameter of the 45, but the butt diameter is .6 or .605 inches. The 55 tip length and torque is measured at 3.0 inches and 4 inches, respectively.
