How to Adjust My Tour Edge V25

In 2006, Tour Edge Golf designed its V25 drivers with two weight ports located in the toe and heel portions of the club head. Each driver comes with 10 weighted inserts you can add to or remove from either port, allowing for several different shot possibilities. There are eight weighted screws provided -- weighing between two and 10 grams -- along with a special wrench designed to remove and fasten each screw. Different weight combinations offer varying ball flights.

Instructions

    • 1

Locate the weighting ports in the back of the club head at the toe and heel.

    • 2

Insert the Tour Edge wrench and twist counterclockwise to remove all weights. If no weights have been inserted, you can skip this step.

    • 3

Determine your desired ball flight and situate the weighted screws accordingly. Placing the majority of the weight in the heel will promote a draw, while the majority of the weight in the toe will create a fade. Equal weights in both ports will promote a neutral ball flight with a high trajectory. The more weight you use, the more effect it will have on the ball.

    • 4

Insert the weights into the desired ports and screw them clockwise using the Tour Edge wrench.

    • 5

Twist each weight completely and ensure they are fastened tightly before swinging the club.
