Instructions

    • 1

Add two cups of water to the small pot. Bring to a boil.

    • 2

Add the remaining two cups of water to the small bowl. If water isn't cold, you may want to add a few ice cubes.

    • 3

Place the Adams mouth guard in the boiling water for 30 seconds. Use tongs to remove from water. Do not squeeze the mouth guard too tightly with the tongs as it will be pliable.

    • 4

Dunk the mouth guard into the ice water for 1 second then immediately remove the mouth guard and place onto upper teeth.

    • 5

While pressing your tongue to the back of the upper teeth, use your thumbs to press the back of the mouth guard up onto the molars.

    • 6

Gently bite down to secure the mouth guard to mold it to your teeth. Keep it in place for 30 seconds.

    • 7

Remove from mouth and place into cold water bath again. This will ensure the mold sets.
