      Go to the Autobahn 5K Plus website. Click on the "Guestbook" link. Contact Autobahn 5K Plus representatives to confirm dates and times for the annual event. Contact USA Track and Field -- an official Autobahn 5K Plus sponsor -- if you have any questions.

      Click on the "Participant Registration" link on the right side of the Autobahn 5K Plus homepage. Select the "Sign Up Online" link.

      Read all instructions and guidelines. Click on the link to view the 5K map. Select that you are registering yourself or another person in the link. Read the waiver and release statement. Select the box that you comprehend and agree with the waiver and release statement. Click the "Continue" link to complete your registration form and obtain a registration code. Travel to Germany and join the event.
