How to Adjust the Forward Pressure on Skis
As you become a better skier you will need additional information to prepare your equipment properly. You will most likely buy your own skis and make your own adjustments to those skis. In addition to properly mounting your ski bindings using commercially available information and charts you must learn to adjust the forward pressure on these bindings. If the pressure on bindings is too loose they will release unexpectedly and possibly dangerously. If the pressure is too tight the bindings may not properly release on a fall.
