How to Make a Soccer Stat Sheet
Sports being played at any serious level typically benefit from statistics being tracked, as those statistics can help players know where they need to improve and help the coaching staff know how to properly use a certain player. Someone who scores a high percentage of their shots on goal, for instance, might be the player a coach should use to take penalty kicks.

1
Draw nine vertical lines on the paper. Leave ample room along the top of the sheet to label each column, and enough room in the first vertical column for player names. Each other column should have enough room for at least 10 ticks or tally lines, to be recorded.
-
2
Label the first column "Name," followed by "Position," "Number," "Shots on Goal," "Goals," "Assists," "Goals Against," "Saves," "Playing Time" and "Fouls."
-
3
Draw enough horizontal lines for each player on the team.
-
4
Write prompts for basic info about the game below the stats, such as "Score," "Date," and "Opponent."
-
5
Photocopy the blank sheet several times, so you have blank sheets for future games.
