Instructions

    • 1

Thread the small nose string through the small hole on the inside of one lens. Pull the string through until the ends are even and it is a doubled string. Slide the plastic blue nose cover over both ends and slide it up to the first lens.

    • 2

Insert the end of one string through the second lens in the small hole on the inside. Tie both strings in an overhand knot. Make a loop in the strings and pull the loose ends through the loop tightly to make an overhand knot.

    • 3

Push each end of the large rubber strap through the large hole on the outer edge of each lens. Pull the rubber strap so there are equal lengths on each side and it forms a double headband. Tie the loose ends in an overhand knot.

    • 4

Place the Swedish swim goggles on your head and adjust the headband for a tight fit. Cut off any excess of the headband in the back with scissors after adjusting them to fit correctly.
