How to Unfog My Swim Goggles
Fogged swim goggles are the swimmer's bane. You can't see where you're going when the goggles fog up, but removing the goggles means getting chlorine in your eyes. The best way to defog goggles is to take preventive steps before jumping into the water. Specialty anti-fog sprays are available at sporting goods stores, but a drop of dishwashing liquid or spit rubbed into the lens with a finger works just as well.
