How to Do the Rock Bottom

The Rock Bottom was the finishing move used by former five-time WWE Champ and current Hollywood movie actor, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. It looked spectacular in the ring, but it's easy to execute once it's broken down into its components.

Instructions

    • 1

Face your opponent. Get directly in front of him for this move to work.

    • 2

Kick him in the stomach to set him up. This stuns him for a second and gets him to bend over so you can execute the maneuver. This is especially useful when your opponent is taller than you.

    • 3

Place your head near his armpit and place your hand on his chest. His arm should be wrapped over your shoulder. Bend your knees deep for added leverage.

    • 4

Push up and lift him off the ground. You don't need to lift him high, but six inches to a foot is ideal.

    • 5

Slam him into the mat. Drive him into the mat back and shoulders first, as hard as you can. You should land chest-first.
