Lift your opponent as he runs toward you so he rests with his back against your thighs and his legs draped over your shoulders.

Let your opponent help you lift her by having her bend at the waist, wrap his arms around your thighs and swing his legs over your shoulders.

Jump up as high as you can.

Land in a seated position with your legs open to accommodate your opponent.
