Locate a flat and sturdy section of wall in the room. Drywall may buckle under the weight of the dummy so brick or wood is preferable. A sturdy tree can be used if the dummy is outdoors.

Feel the wall or tree to verify that there are no weak points that could buckle or break from heavy weight.

Lift the dummy and lean it against the wall with its legs on the ground.

Pull the legs toward you to help anchor the dummy. That forces more of the dummy's weight against the wall, which helps stabilize the dummy.
