1
Begin your stunting endeavors by imprinting a muscular memory into your body. This phenomenon occurs when your body becomes used to what happens when during a specific movement. It will help you maintain stability and consistency during stunting passages. Pay attention throughout the stunting practice process to how each performer's body typically responds to the stunting.

2
Control the hips when doing lifts. Since the hip are the stabilizing center of the body, it's extremely important to maintain a solid ground through the feet and not lock the legs when lifting or else the center of gravity will shift causing a fall. Remember to protect the performer or flier as much as possible by anticipating a possible fall or shift in body weight and adjusting.

3
Assist the person who is in the top of a stunting structure. For example, the base must help the person climbing to the to top to have a solid ground. Remember that as a climber or filer, it is your responsibility to work steadily and consistently. Climb lightly and carefully, taking the weight of your limbs, when attempting to get to the top of a pyramid or other stunt.

4
Work with spotters who are trained in anticipating falls and injuries every time you practice stunting passages. It will help prevent anyone from being seriously hurt. Expect to fall or drop someone every once in a while. However, to minimize the injury or prevent injury when falling as a flier or climber, it is important to learn how to fall properly and to improve balance skills.

5
Understand the personality of your stunting partner and become acquainted with each other's tendencies; this goes back to muscle memory but also beyond that. Intuit whether you have a partner who is fearful of climbing or prone to wobbling upon establishing a V, as a base. You should know what is going to happen and as a topper it is crucial to maintain fluidity in the limbs to help you correct error.
