This program provides financial assistance to nonprofit organizations that strive to improve football in neighborhoods throughout the United States. Money from the program must be used to improve field conditions, upgrade equipment or make the sport more accessible to youth in the neighborhood. Any organization that meets the requirements can apply to the program.
LPGA Girls Golf Program

For aspiring golfers, the costs associated with practicing and playing golf can be pricey. The LPGA Girls Golf Program was designed to help female golf enthusiasts pursue their passion for the sport. The funds given out by this program can be used to cover the cost of equipment, instruction and course and driving range fees. Funds also can be used to pay registration fees for tournaments. The United States Golf Association offers similar grants.
USTA Adopt-a-Court Program

The United States Tennis Association (USTA) provides grant money to nonprofit organizations that repair local tennis courts through the Adopt-a-Court Program. Courts and facilities that have not been maintained properly or simply need repair receive funds from the USTA. The money also can be used to provide equipment, such as balls and rackets, for these facilities.
Finish Line Youth Foundation Grant

The Finish Line Youth Foundation provides grant money to children and organizations for the purpose of promoting a healthy, active lifestyle. The foundation was established in 1998, and the grants and programs provided have assisted children with education, athletics and exercise. Grants may be given to organizations helping with any sport in nearly any capacity. As long as the goal is to encourage a healthy lifestyle among children, the foundation will provide assistance.
