Step onto the bike and place your feet on the ground. Push your feet against the ground, propelling the bike forward. Place your feet on the pedals and push the pedals forward.

Pedal until your bike reaches a moderate speed.

Press the pedals forward until they align horizontally. Raise your body and straighten your legs until you stand on the pedals. Lean into your rear leg.

Push your front foot forward slightly as you pull the bike's handlebars upward.

Skid to a stop. Pedal your bike until you reach a high speed. Lean forward slightly. Slide the pedals so that they are horizontal. Push the pedals backwards as you lean back into the seat.
Barspin

Pedal until your bike reaches a high speed.

Stop pedaling as your press your thighs against the bike seat as if you must keep the seat in place.

Pull the handle bars upwards and spin your handlebars counterclockwise. Wait for the handles to complete a full spin and catch them.

Push the handlebars down, release the seat and pedal.
