Perfect the Can-Can, lift your foot over the seat to the opposite side then move it back again. The Candy Bar is when a rider takes one leg through his handlebars then back. A Cliff Hanger is where the rider hooks his feet under the handlebars, reaching up vertically. A Coffin is where the rider lays back similar to lying in a coffin, with his legs horizontal under bars.

Lye down with the Dead Body trick, a rider puts his feet through the bars, flattens out as if lying on the ground. The Double Grab is when the rider grabs the seat with both hands then extends his body. With a Fender Grab, the rider grabs either fender with his hands.

The Heel Clicker is when the rider clicks his heels together above the handlebars while still holding the handlebars. Climb the Ladder, switch hands while performing the one hand seat grab. The Nac-Nac is a popular trick professionals use a lot. The rider moves one leg over and extends out the other side of the bike while opposite foot stays on the peg. With the No Hander rider simply removes hands from handlebars. The No Footer is just as simple. The rider takes feet off foot pegs, pointing them outward.

A One Hand Seat Grab is where a rider puts one hand on bars and the other on seat, extending legs horizontally. Rock Solid is another trick where the rider moves back to a double hand seat grab then extends both arms out to the side mimicking Jesus Christ on the cross. Be a Ruler and endure a Tsunami.
