How to Install a Zipline Pulley

Zip lines are becoming an emerging fun activity found in resorts and vacation spots across the world. They're simply constructed, consisting of a main pulley that travels across a cable wire that is connected above the ground between two objects on an incline. To replace the pulley that holds the suspended zip-liner, you need to remove the zip line at one of the edges.

      Remove the zip line cabling from the lowest object in the cable's incline. The process of loosening and removing it will vary between zip line types.

      Insert the zip line cable into the pulley and guide the pulley over the cable until it is completely resting on the cabling line.

      Secure the zip line cabling to the object again in the same manner it was initially installed.

      Test the zip line before allowing people to use it from the highest point in the incline by standing above the ground and attempting to pull it down using your body weight.
