Wharton State Park

Located in the region of New Jersey known as the Pine Barrens, Wharton State Park is over 500 miles of wilderness and unpaved trails. It is important when considering off-roading in this area to be sure to stick to the trails to avoid damaging the ecosystem and historical landmarks within the park. In addition, all off-road vehicles must be licensed and approved for street-level driving.

Located near Weymouth, New Jersey, this area is known for tracks crisscrossing seven acres of rocky and hard terrain. Passing Weymouth Furnace on Route 54, off-roaders should continue past the first intersection before turning left onto the second dirt road. After travelling down the road for approximately one mile, there is a road on the right hand-side that leads to the track.
Parkway Trails

Located near Manahawkin, parkway trails are located along either side of Garden State Parkway. Muddy in the spring-time, these trails are easily accessible from both sides of the parkway.
