      Advance one pedal to a forward position.

      Place the ball of your foot directly over the center of the pedal. Check the position of your leg; it should bend a little at the knee.

      Move the seat forward if your leg extends straight out or when your foot cannot reach the pedal. Pull up on the seat knob with your right hand. Slide the seat forward until it "pops" into the nearest adjustment hole and then tighten the knob.

      Reposition the seat if your leg bends too much at the knee. Pull up on the seat knob with your right hand and slide the seat backward until it "pops" into the nearest adjustment hole. Tighten the knob.
