Pull the adjustment knob on the leg frame out as far as it will go. Slide the leg frame until you find the first measurement that is greater than your height. Slide the frame back in until this measurement is covered by the backrest frame. Release the adjustment knob to lock the leg frame in place.
-
3
Stand with your back to the backrest. Lean over and pull out the long adjustment knob that sits over the ankle rollers. Grab the frame between the rollers and pull it away from the leg frame. Set your feet on the foot frame with your calves against the rear rollers and your toes under the front rollers. Push the frame back against your ankles and push the adjustment knob in place. This locks your ankles into place.

4
Set the inversion table to rotate between 15 and 90 degrees. Pull out the large handle on the left side of the back rest. Turn the handle until the arrow on the handle points to the desired inversion setting. Release the handle.
-
5
Rotate back on the table by slowly lifting your arms overhead. The faster you lift your arms, the faster you will rotate. When you reach the desired position, relax your arms in a position that doesn't make you move.
-
6
Lower your hands towards your waist to rotate back to an upright position.
