Thigh Master Directions

The inner and outer areas of the thigh are some of the most difficult parts of the body to tone. The Thigh Master directly targets those areas to tighten and shape your thighs where regular gym equipment and weights have difficultly reaching. With the repetition of simple movements using the Thigh Master in its correct placement, you can achieve your desired result of toned legs while being in the comfort of your own home.

Instructions

      Place your chair on a sturdy surface and sit with good posture.

      Make sure your feet are fully touching the floor and your knees are slightly over the edge of the chair so that your knees can freely move back and forth.

      Place your feet right next to each other on the floor, just barely touching, and put the Thigh Master between your knees with the knob that connects both sides pointing towards the floor.

      Lay one hand on each handle of the Thigh Master to make sure it stays in place. The handle should be just slightly higher than your knee.

      Keeping good posture and one hand on each handle of your Thigh Master, gently squeeze your thighs together bringing your knees towards each other. Once together, hold for only a second and gently release back to the open position.

      Continue this motion smoothly and slowly 12 times, then rest for a minute. Repeat two more times to complete three full sets of 12.
