How to Adjust Your Ab Circle Pro Machine
The Ab Circle Pro is an in-home abdominal device that works your abs without any type of crunching movement. The Ab Circle Pro consists of a steel frame that holds a large, circular base. Two pivoting arms, with knee pads at the ends, anchor at the center of the base. Place your knees on the pads and swing your body to the left and right while holding the stationary handlebars, which keep your torso stationary. The front frame legs have three adjustment positions based on your fitness level.
