Instructions for the Pro-Form 535X OP

The ProForm 535X OP is an in-home, fold-away, motorized treadmill with an array of features. It offers a top speed of 10 mph with quick-set buttons on the console. The incline ramp has a range of zero to 10 percent in 0.5 percent increments. Metal pulse sensors on the handlebars allow you to check your heart rate. The 535X OP includes six built-in workout programs that automatically adjust the incline and speed settings for you.

Instructions

  1. Regular Workout

      Insert the magnetic key into the console. The treadmill starts in the manual programming mode.

      Press the "Start" or "Speed" arrow-up button to start the walking belt. Each time you press the "Speed" up or down button, the speed changes by 0.1 mph.

      Change the incline by pressing the "Incline" up or down arrow button. Each time you press an incline button, the ramp adjusts by 0.5 percent.

      Grab the horizontal handrails to measure your heart rate. Make sure your palms come into contact with the pulse sensors and hold on for at least 15 seconds.

      Press the "Stop" button and remove the magnetic key to stop your workout.

    Use a Program

      Press the "Program" button repeatedly until the indicator lights up beside the desired workout profile.

      Press the "Start" or "Speed" up button to initiate your workout.

      Override the intensity settings by using the speed and incline control buttons on the console.

      Press the "Stop" button at any time to stop the workout. if you complete the program, the belt will slow and stop.

    Move Your Treadmill

      Grab the underside of the back-end of your treadmill with both hands.

      Lift the deck about halfway.

      Use your left hand to pull out the lock pin.

      Lift the deck until it passes the lock pin then release the pin.

      Grab the handles and tilt the treadmill back towards you until it sets on the back wheels. Roll your treadmill to the desired location.
