Instructions for Weslo Cadence G40s

The Weslo Cadence G40s is a fold-away treadmill designed for home use. It offers speeds of up to 10 mph and three manually adjustable incline levels. The Cadence G40s includes a manual programming mode and four built-in workout programs. The preset programs divide each workout into four one-minute segments and automatically adjust the speed of the treadmill at the beginning of each segment. A pulse sensor on the console allows you to check your heart rate.
