How to Put Your Ab Pro Circle Together

The Ab Circle Pro is an in-home fitness device designed to work your abs. Instead of doing standard crunches with this device, you do twisting and rotating movements on your knees. The knee pad assembly rotates along the edges of a large disc so you can target your side abs, or obliques. After you purchase the Ab Circle Pro, you need to attach the knee bowls and handles to the disc before you use the device.

Instructions

    • 1

Locate the bracket with three holes on the left front leg. If this is your first time using the Ab Circle Pro, slide one of the included locking pins in the top right hole. If you have used this device before and are an intermediate user, slide a locking pin in the bottom hole. If you are an advanced user, slide the pin in the top left hole. Make sure the pin slides through the bracket and all the way into the frame leg. Repeat on the right front leg.

    • 2

Slide the end caps onto the ends of the two front legs.

    • 3

Locate the left rear support hole where the left rear leg attaches to the red disc. Slide a locking pin into the hole and through the leg. Repeat on the other rear leg.

    • 4

Slide end caps over the end of both rear legs.

    • 5

Set a knee bowl on the swing arm and line up the screw holes. Insert a knee bowl screw and tighten the screw using the included knee bowl locking tool. Place a knee bowl center cap over the screw. Repeat on the other swing arm.

Insert the left handlebar into the left arm slot on the front of the Ab Circle Pro. Insert the right handlebar into the right arm slot. Make sure the ends of the handlebars point in toward each other. Select the appropriate handlebar height and slide a U-bolt through the adjustment hole to secure the leg in place.
