How to Put an AB Rocket Together

The Ab Rocket is a small piece of exercise equipment designed to work your abdominal and oblique muscles. The Ab Rocket consists of a seat that resembles a small car seat with curved grip handles and padded rollers for back support that extend up to your head. The unit comes in pieces and you must assemble it yourself before you begin working out.

      Insert the padded back support between the metal bars on the seat section. Align the openings from each piece with one another.

      Attach the back support to the metal bars with a screwdriver and the screws provided with the unit.

      Choose a resistance level and grab the appropriate spring. Blue is low, red is medium and black is high.

      Position both ends of the resistance spring over top of the metal bolts located on the sides of the seat. Push down on the spring and rotate the plastic screw top clockwise, to secure it. Repeat with the other spring on the opposite side.

      Insert the handles in the base of the Ab Rocket, by pressing in the spring pin and pushing the grip handle inward. Repeat on the other side.

      Loosen the knobs located on the upper part of the back support to adjust the head support up or down.
