How to Put Together a NordicTrack A2750 Pro

If you want a great work out in the comfort of your home, the Nordic Track A2750 Pro may be for you. It has an easy and convenient electronic console and an extra-wide running deck. But, before you start working out on the treadmill, you must assemble it. The treadmill has several attachments and, to get the most out of the unit, you must attach them properly. It takes two people and the proper tools to assemble the product. Remove all packaging materials and set the unit in a clean area before assembly.

Instructions

      Tip the treadmill to the left with the help of a second person. Insert the upright wire into the end of the base and pull it out of the hole indicated in the assembly instructions.

      Attach the wheels by holding them inside the housing. Press the axle through the wheel and press the housing into the end of the base.

      Attach four base feet to the bottom of the treadmill.

      Cut the plastic tie near the upright wire. Identify the upright spacer marked with a "Right" sticker. Insert the upright wire through the right upright spacer and attach the right upright spacer to the base. Slide the right upright cover on the the lower end of the right upright.

      Hold the right upright near the base and tie it securely around the end of the upright wire. Pull the wire tie until the upright wire is routed through the right upright.

      Hold a bolt spacer inside the lower end of the right upright. Insert a 3/8-by-5 1/2-inch patch bolt with a 3/8-inch star washer into the right upright and the bolt spacer.

      Add a second bolt spacer. Hold the right upright against the right upright spacer. Do not pinch the upright wire or the ground wire. Partially tighten the 3/8-by-5 1/2-inch patch bolts until the heads of the patch bolts touch the right upright.

      Tip the treadmill on the right side with the help of a second person. Repeat steps, attaching the left upright wire and spacer.

      Set the console assembly face down on a soft surface to avoid scratching the console. Hold the right handrail near the console assembly. Route the console wire through the large holes in the top and bottom of the right handrail.

      Set the right handrail on the console frame. Start a 1/4-by-1/2-inch patch bolt with a 1/4-inch star washer into the right handrail. Start two 5/16-by-1 1/2-inch patch bolts with two 5/16-inch star washers into the right handrail. Do not pinch the console wire. Do not tighten the three patch bolts yet. Attach the left handrail as you did the right one.

      Connect the upright wire to the console wire. Slide the handrail cover to the lower end of each handrail. Start to screw the patch bolts into the upright, but do not tighten yet. Tighten the handrails by screwing in the 16 patch bolts.

      Tighten the remaining patch bolts. Attach the left accessory tray.
