Instructions

    • 1

Put two square head bolts through the holes on the rear leg bolt keeper. Slide it into the seat rail channel, starting with the end containing the warning label.

Next, install the rear leg by placing four washers and tightening the nylon locknut onto each of the bolts.

    • 2

Slide two square headbolts into each side of the seat rail channel from the opposite end. Attach the riser bracket to the seat rail with two square head bolts.

Put two square head bolts into the bolt keeper; then slide them into the seat rail channel and repeat for the other bolt keeper.

Find the pivot bracket and pulley frame, and then snap the pivot bracket between the screw heads on the pulley frame. Install the rail, making sure the four bolts on the front slide through the four holes on the pivot bracket. Secure the rail with washers and nylon lock nuts.

    • 3

Slide the seat onto the seat rail by aligning the wheels with the channels and adjusting the seat locking pin. Secure the seat with small screws at the two end caps.

    • 4

Insert the u-bar into the main frame, securing with two hex head bolts and two nylon lock nuts.

    • 5

Use a hex head bolt to attach the u-bar to the vertical main frame. Use another hex head bolt to further secure the pulley frame.

    • 6

Put the power rod pack onto the top of the vertical main frame. Tap the rod box into the vertical main frame until secure. Secure both parts by tightening four screws through the four holes.

    • 7

Place the bench upside down and secure the bench cup with a screw.

    • 8

Place the incline support bracket on the bench. Insert tap bolts with a flat washer through the bracket, and hand tighten. Check for proper adjustment and then tighten securely with an open end wrench.

Insert and tighten a screw into the center notch of the bracket.

    • 9

Place the bench onto the Bowflex and unwrap the cables and pulleys. Stick the nonskid pads to the pulley frame.
