Instructions

      Slide each of your hands through the loops of the IronMind lifting straps. If you are using lifting straps with a loop on one end, pass the strap through the loop first.

      Pull the straps tight so that the loops are secured at the outside edge of your wrists.

      Wrap the straps around the barbell in the location where you will grip the bar.

      Roll the barbell so that the straps wrap tighter around the bar. Continue rolling the bar until your wrists are firmly secured to the bar.

      Roll the barbell the opposite direction to release the straps.
