1
Sit down on the floor with your legs stretched out straight in front of you. Center a bungee cord on the ball of one foot while holding one end in each hand. Gently pull the bungee towards you. This pulls your foot and stretches the back parts of your calves and hamstrings. Repeat with the other foot.

Wrap the bungee around a table leg and hook the ends together. Sit on the floor, legs out straight in front of you, facing the table leg. Insert your foot into the bungee loop, with the bungee hooks resting on the front of your shoes about where your toes are. Shoes are required for this stretch to protect your feet from a bungee burn or the hooks irritating the skin. Pull your foot back towards you, tightening the bungee against the table leg. This stretches your heel and calf.

Lay on your back with legs straight out. Lift one leg up to 90 degrees and center the bungee on the ball of your foot, holding one end in each hand. Gently lower your leg to the side, holding the bungee taught. Lower it as far as you can without pain. This stretches the inside of your leg.
