How to Do a Finger Flip on Nunchucks
Although the exact origin of nunchaku, also known as nunchucks, is clouded in uncertainty, these traditional Okinawan weapons have gained a firm hold in the arsenals of martial arts enthusiasts. One of the most basic building blocks of nunchuck technique is the finger flip, or finger spin as it is also known. In addition to its flashy, intimidating appearance, the finger flip is an important component of many other, more advanced nunchuck maneuvers. Although relatively easy to master, developing this technique is critical for your advancement as a martial artist.
