How to Remove the Breech Plug on a Kodiak Magnum
The Connecticut Valley Arms Kodiak Magnum muzzleloading rifle has a removable breech plug. The ability to remove the breech plug makes cleaning corrosive black powder from inside the barrel much easier compared to from traditional muzzleloaders without breech plugs. The Kodiak has a pivoting action that protects the primer and charge from foul weather, yet pivots out of the way for easy breech plug removal. The Kodiak comes with all tools necessary for removing the breech plug.
