How to Make Game Calls
Things You'll Need
- Digital MP3 player
- USB cable
- Computer with Internet connection
- Wire strippers
- Two, 6-inch stereo cables with 1/8-inch male mono adapters on both ends
- Mini amp
- Power horn
- Soldering iron

Turn on your computer and open your Internet browser.

Connect the MP3 player to the computer using a USB cable.

Perform an Internet search for "animal calling MP3s." Look through the websites generated for MP3s of the type of animal calling sounds you want to use. Download the files to your MP3 player and then disconnect the MP3 player from the computer.

Cut one male connector off the end of one of the stereo cables with the wire strippers and strip about 1/2 inch of the plastic off the end.

Cut the wire coming from the back or bottom of the power horn using the wire strippers and strip about 1/2 inch of the plastic off the end.

Solder the stripped end of the stereo cable to the stripped end of the power horn wire.

Plug the male end of the newly soldered cable into the "Line Out" jack on the side of the mini amp.

Plug one male end of the remaining cable into the "Line In" jack on the side of the mini amp. Plug the other male end of the cable into the "Line Out" or headphone jack on the MP3 player.

Turn on the MP3 player, select the game-calling track you want, and press "Play."
