How to Put Together a Remington Airmaster 77

The Remington Airmaster .77 kit comes with everything you need to go from package to firing range in only a few minutes. Most of the kit and rifle is pre-assembled. Remington packages this kit to provide a means of introducing youth with gun safety and responsible shooting technique. The .77 Airmaster firs BBs and .177 caliber pellets. Both are included with the kit, letting you get to the range and begin use of the gear.

      Slide the scope to the top of the Remington Airmaster. There are two mounting points, both just over the rifle stock. Turn the tightening dials to secure the scope to the rifle.

      Remove the scope lens caps. Pace approximately 25 yards at a safe firing range or area. Hang the paper target to the hay-bale or soft backing at the range.

      Grip the side ammo chamber lever and open by pulling it back. Pour the BBs into the chamber and flip the lever down and push it back in, locking the BBs in the chamber.

      Flip the lever once, pull back quickly, and then forward to advance a BB into the chamber. Pump the handle to prep the air rifle for firing. Take a shot at the target, making sure to wear the included safety glasses.

      Open the top pellet chamber and place one pellet into the barrel. Close the pellet chamber, pump the handle and fire once to propel the pellet.
