Instructions

    • 1
      Skateboard trucks

Remove the trucks from the underside of the skateboard. Use the socket set to find the right size socket for the bolts that hold the trucks in place.

    • 2

Remove the traction grip film from the top side of the board.

    • 3

Sand both sides of the board with fine sandpaper in a circular motion. Make sure that both sides of the board are smooth.

    • 4

Apply the surfwax liberally, using the smooth cloth. Apply the wax in a circular motion. You should put at least two coats of wax on both sides of the board. Allow the wax to dry.

    • 5

Install the boot clamps to hold the board to your feet while in the water. On the top side of the board, measure the length to find your center point. Then measure four inches to each side of the center and mark the spots. These marks will be the center points for the boot clamps. Install the boot clamps with the equipment and parts supplied with the boot clamps.
