How to Perform WWE Choke Slam Moves

Perform the traditional choke slam. Grasp your opponent by the neck. Put your other hand behind his back. Lift him up with both hands and then slam his back down onto the wrestling mat.

Execute the Top Rope Choke Slam. Wait for your opponent to climb to the top rope. Run at him before he jumps off and grasp him by the neck. Lift him up into the air and slam him down onto the wrestling mat.

Perform the Double Choke Slam. This move is used best in a Triple Threat match or a tag team match. Punch both off your opponents in the head. Grasp their necks with both of your hands. Lift them both up into the air and quickly slam them on their backs.

Grasp your opponent’s neck with both hands. Lift him up well above your head. Jump slightly into the air and land in a sitting position as you slam your opponent onto the mat. This is a two handed choke slam.

Perform the Triple Mini-Choke Slam. Grasp your opponent by the neck. Pick him up and slam him down into the mat. Sit on your knees and continue to grasp his neck. Lift his body up and slam it back down three times to finish the move.

Perform the Steel Cage Slam. This move can be done when there is any hard surface like a wall, but in most cases, it will be used in a Steel Cage match-up. Grab your opponent’s neck. Lift him into the air and slam his back straight into the cage wall. Release his neck just as he is about to it for maximum damage.
