Instructions

With your opponent lying prone on his back in the middle of the ring, reach down and lift both legs up to about your shoulder level with you standing at their feet. While holding them there, look to the crowd for approval or hate, depending on whether you are a heel or a babyface. This is a great time to generate heat, or attention, from the crowd.

After properly showing your intentions, release your opponents right leg and grasp the left with both hands.

    • 3

Being careful not to twist the ankle for real, spin the leg around your own right leg. This should leave you facing your opponent with their leg wrapped around behind your right leg.

Next, pick up your opponents right leg and place it in the crook of your stomach on the left side. Take the other leg that is wrapped around yours and place it on top of the right leg that is straight. This is a very important part of the move that is quite dangerous. If you put pressure on the leg at this point, you can literally break it. Be very careful about faking this just so. Do not actually put that pressure on or you will really hurt someone.

As you lay back on the mat, place your left leg over their left foot that is across their other leg and fake as though you are putting on a ton of pressure. Again, do not actually put on the pressure. Legs have been broken with this wrestling move.
