Grants for Women in Sports

Women in sports are eligible for a number of grants that seek to give women an equal opportunity to excel on the playing field. Foundations, sports associations, universities, and corporations with sports-related products are just some of the places women in sports seeking grants should begin their search. Grants may support sports activities, may provide tuition support to scholar-athletes or women pursuing further education in a sports-related field, or may provide cash to enable an athlete to focus full-time on their sport.
