Organize a draw to decide who will support which team. Write down all of the names of the teams on a scrap of paper and put the scraps into a bag or hat. Have each member of the office pay $5 and draw a name. The person who picks out the eventual winner gets to keep the money.

Run a bracket. Have each person in the office pick a bracket by calling the winner of each game. If you are extremely keen, have them call the winning margin. Award points for the winner and for the closeness of the margin. Give the winner a cash prize made up of others' entry fees.

Show some of the games at work. Those who are interested in the games will most likely be following them online anyway, so have the games on TV. Your employees will appreciate the gesture, and it will be a chance to blow off steam.
