1
Select and sort the photos you wish to use in the yearbook. You can devote diffrerent sections to practice, home and away games, coaches and parents.
-
2
Position the photos on the yearbook pages. Leave plenty of space for text and sponsor logos. Choose both action shots and posed shots to keep the reader's interest. Also, choose photos where the team members look happy and animated. Yearbooks evoke memories and emotions, so you want to reflect the joy of playing the sport.
-
3
Add text to the yearbook pages. A printed, personalized thank you letter to the sponsor at the beginning of the yearbook is a thoughtful touch.
-
4
Print the photos and arrange them in a scrapbook, or send the finished product to a printer to print and bind the yearbook.
-
5
Include several blank pages at the end of the book. Ask team members to write a brief individual thank you note to the sponsor in a brightly colored marker. The sponsor will appreciate the individual thoughts of the team players.
