Push one of the two buttons on the front of the computer or begin riding your bike to turn the device on. As long as you are riding your bike, the computer's display will remain on. If you stop riding or do not press a button for five minutes, the device will turn itself off.

Hold down the left button on the device for two seconds to begin to program the time. You will see "12 Hr" appear on the display. Push the left button to accept a 12-hour format, or press the right button to display "24 Hr," followed by the left button to accept a 24-hour format.

Press the right button to change the hour when the hours on the clock on the display begins to flicker. Each press will increase the hour by one unit. Press the left button to save the hour. The minutes will begin to flash on the clock. Press the right button to adjust the time. Each press will increase the minute setting by one. Press the left button to save your time.

Press the right button to enter the odometer mode, which keeps track of the distance you have traveled. Press and hold both the right and left buttons simultaneously for two seconds to reset the odometer back to zero.

Press the right button to enter the tripmeter mode. This mode will display information about your current trip, including distance traveled, time elapsed and average speed. Hold the left button for two seconds to reset this information back to zero.

Press the right button to enter the maximum speed mode, which indicates the highest speed you have reached. Press and hold the left button for two seconds to reset the maximum speed.
