Hand Wrap Tutorial

Hand wraps are an instrumental part of boxing. They protect your knuckles, wrist and hands from injuries such as breaks or sprains. Wearing wraps alone is not enough though, you must also know how to wrap to get the best use out of them. There are several appropriate ways to wrap. It depends on what type of boxing you are preparing to do. Sparring and competition require more intricate forms of wrapping since the hands will be enduring higher levels of stress.
