Instructions

    • 1

Extend your hand with your fingers spread apart. The palm of your hand should be facing downward.

    • 2

Place the beginning of the wrap on the palm of your extended hand at the base of your thumb.

    • 3

Wrap the wrap around all the way around the base of your thumb one time. Bring the wrap back around to the base of your thumb on the palm side of your hand.

    • 4

Wrap the wrap completely around the base of your wrist four times.

    • 5

Wrap the wrap around the top of your hand, covering the bottom knuckles. The wrap should extend from the side of your hand nearest the thumb to the side of the hand that nearest your little finger.

    • 6

Bring the wrap from your little finger, and wrap it around the back of your hand. It should be wrapped right beneath the first four fingers--not the thumb.

    • 7

Bring the wrap downward between your forefinger and thumb.

    • 8

Continue wrapping the wrap around the base of your wrist one time until the wrap is near the base of your thumb again.

    • 9

Bring the wrap up between the thumb and forefinger. Wrap the wrap one time around the thumb so the wrap is now on the palm side near the base of the thumb.

    • 10

Wrap the wrap around the palm of your hand, from right underneath the forefinger to right underneath the little finger.

    • 11

Bring the wrap downward around the top of your hand and around to the palm side of your hand right underneath the base of the thumb.

    • 12

Bring the wrap up between the forefinger and thumb. Extend it around the knuckles of your first four fingers and over beside your little finger.

    • 13

Bring the wrap around the palm side of your hand right beneath the fingers. Pull it through the forefinger and thumb.

    • 14

Bring the wrap down around the thumb and back around to the palm side of your hand beneath the thumb.

    • 15

Continue bringing the wrap around the palm of your hand right beneath the first four fingers and around to the knuckle of the little finger.

    • 16

Extend the wrap from the knuckle of your little finger downward around your wrist.

    • 17

Repeat steps 5 through 16 until all of the wrap has been used up. You can then secure the wrap in place by inserting a wrap clip or using the hoop-and-loop closure.
