How to Wrap a Boxer's Hand
Things You'll Need
- Boxer hand wrap
- Sports tape

Hold the first hand up, palm up. Insert the thumb into the thumb hole of the boxer hand wrap, then pull the wrap across the hand to the opposite side (directly underneath the pinkie finger).

Wrap the material around the back of the hand, working around the wrist a full rotation. Move the wrap around the back side of the hand again, then wrap in between the thumb and the index finger.

Repeat the process, wrapping around the wrist, then moving up around the hand in a diagonal motion (moving from between the thumb and index finger down around the hand). As you wrap, move the material out to cover more of your hand and wrist.

Return to the center of your hand (where you started the wrap) and begin again, as if you are just starting over. Make sure to wrap base of the thumb (you want the bottom knuckle covered).

Tape off the wrap once you run out in order to secure its hold to your hand.
