1
Develop a plan for your Cornhole game. Because you can have as many holes in the game as you want, sketch out a design before beginning your project. The dimensions of your Cornhole game's frame will be 4-feet long on the sides by 2-feet long at the top and bottom. The legs or base of the game will be 1-foot high.
-
2
Gather the supplies. You're going to need at least 14 feet of 2 by 4 boards, so it's best to purchase a little more due to cutting mistakes that may happen. You'll also need a plywood board for the front of the Cornhole game, as well as saws (circular or miter to cut the boards and a jigsaw to cut your holes). Purchase 3-inch wood screws to put together the frame of the game, the fabric and corn to make the bags, as well as painting supplies to finish off the look of the Cornhole game.

3
Build the frame. Cut your 2 by 4 boards using a circular saw according to the dimensions in Step 1. Connect the frame boards with 3-inch wood screws, drilling the pieces together at the corners. If you're good at woodworking, you can cut miter joints to connect your game's base.
-
4
Measure the frame for exact size. Cut the plywood board for the top of your Cornhole game to fit the measurements of your frame. Attach the top board to the frame with wood screws.
-
5
Make the cornholes. Use the jigsaw to cut the holes into the top plywood board as predetermined in Step 1's design.
-
6
Connect the legs. For portability and easy storage of the game, use hinges that allow you to fold the legs while you're not playing the game.
-
7
Paint the Cornhole game. You can leave the game plain or you can decorate it with a theme, such as your favorite sports team.
-
8
Put together the Cornhole game bags. If you're not great at the sewing machine, you can purchase throwing bags from BagsNation (see Resources below).
