Housed in Atlanta since its foundation in 1990, Nellya Fencers' Club on Carroll Drive offers fencing opportunities for all age groups and skill levels. The club features an age six-to-nine youth program, an age ten-to-thirteen beginner program, a teenage and adult program and a summer camp. Qualified coaches teach young children fencing through short classes and the incorporation of childhood games, while older fencers go on to learn strategy and personal technique via more combat intensive classes. Dueling and training events hosted at the Nellya Club include the September Sabre Start, Sabre and Specters, February Fence-Off, March of the Sabres and the Nellya Championships.

Alongside its many other fitness and training programs--such as yoga, aquatics and martial arts--Atlanta's Athletic Club Northeast offers fencing programs and facilities, including fencing strips. According to the club's official website, these programs feature personalized training and combat with foils, epees and sabers. Fencers have the option of taking classes once or twice a week, or may even opt for private classes. Programs range from beginner packages to summer camps to tailored competitor packages. Athletic Club Northeast offers trained instruction in etiquette, safety, form, attack, defense and strategy.
