How Do I Renew My U.S. Lacrosse Number?
Playing lacrosse for a sanctioned team requires you to have membership in the U.S. Lacrosse Foundation, headquartered in Baltimore. Active membership is a requirement for playing on a team. Once a member of U.S. Lacrosse, you are assigned a number, which is used on applications for team membership and to track participation and standings on a national level.
