Hold the top button on the left-hand side of the face for three seconds until the "Set" sign appears.

Press the "+" and "-" buttons to set the hour and the bottom button on the left-hand side to move to the next setting. Repeat this in the "minutes," "seconds," "day," "month" and "year" options. Toggle between 12 and 24 hour clocks using the "+" and "-" buttons.

Press the bottom button on the left-hand side to move to the power saving setting. Press the "+" and "-" buttons to toggle when power saving will turn off the screen. Press the the bottom button on the left-hand side to exit the settings.

Press the bottom button on the left-hand side to move the modes between "Time," "Run," "Workout," "Data," and "Alarm."

Press the bottom button on the left-hand side to move to "Run" mode. Hold the top left-hand button to reset the clock. Press the "+" button to start the clock. Press the "-" button to stop the clock. Press the "+" button while the clock is running to start a new lap. Press the bottom button on the right-hand side to switch between the lap time view and the full time view.

Press the the bottom button on the left-hand side to move to "Alarm" mode. Hold the top button on the left-hand side of the face for three seconds until the "Set" sign appears. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the alarm hour time. Press the bottom left-hand button to move to the minutes. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the alarm minute time.

Press the bottom left-hand button. Press the "+" and "-" buttons to turn the selected alarm on and off. Press the bottom button on the left-hand side to exit to "time" mode.
