Nike Triax Speed 100 Super Instructions

The Nike Triax Speed 100 Super watch is a unisex watch with a 100-lap chronograph. The watch features an alarm, two time zone settings and an interval timer. The Triax Speed 100 is water-resistant up to 100 meters, or 330 feet. It has a backlight so you can view the display even at night. Use the five buttons around the edge and on the face of the watch to set the time and use the various functions.

Instructions

  1. Set Time and Date

      Press and hold the "Set/Light" button for two seconds.

      Press the "Start/Lap" button to increase the flashing value or press the "Stop" button to decrease the flashing value. Press the "Mode" button to move to the next value setting.

      Set the hour, minute, seconds, day, month and year. Select either 12 or 14-hour time format.

      Press the "Set/Light" button to exit and save your settings.

    Use the Chronograph

      Repeatedly press the "Mode" button until "Run" displays on the screen. Press the "Start/Lap" button to start the stopwatch.

      Press the "Start/Lap" button each time you want to mark a lap.

      Press the "View" button to see the total time. Press the "View" button again to view the lap time. Press it a third time to return to total and lap time together.

      Press the "Stop" button to stop the chronograph.

    Use Interval Mode

      Repeatedly press the "Mode" button until "Intr" appears on the screen. Press and hold the "Set/Light" button for two seconds.

      Press the "Start/Lap" button to increase the flashing value or press the "Stop" button to decrease the flashing value. Press the "Mode" button to move to the next value setting.

      Set the seconds, minutes and hour of each interval period. Press the "Set/Light" button to save your settings.

      Press the "Start/Lap" button to start your interval workout. The timer counts down each segment and chimes at the end of each segment.

      Press "Stop" to pause the workout; press "Start/Lap" to continue the workout.

    View Chronograph Data

      Repeatedly press the "Mode" button until "Data" appears in the display.

      Press the "Stop" button to view your chronograph totals.

      Press the "Stop" button repeatedly to scroll through your lap data.
