The Trapeze School New York (TSNY) (newyork.trapezeschool.com) is open to trampoline jumpers of any skill level. Students can partake in 60- or 90-minute group sessions, or they can opt for a private class with a TSNY instructor. Students will jump on an above-ground trampoline with a rebounding bed. The school's group sessions feature beginner, level 2 and intermediate classes. Beginner classes help students master basic skills and aerial awareness and form. Level 2 classes are for students who have fundamental skills and want to take on more challenging skills, such as back drops or cradles. In intermediate sessions, students will be able to tackle more advance skills, from turntables and barrel rolls to multiple-twisting somersaults.
The Trampoline Place

Located in Wauregan, Connecticut, The Trampoline Place (trampolineplace.com) is one of the few gyms in the country that is dedicated solely to trampoline jumping. The Trampoline Place offers 10 Olympic-style trampolines, as well as overhead safety harnesses, crash pads and end decks. Open to students of all skill levels, The Trampoline Place helps students master the fundamental skills and progress to more complex tricks, such as flips. For competitive athletes, the gym hosts semiannual competitions for jumpers to show off their skills.
School of Acrobatics & New Circus Arts

The School of Acrobatics & New Circus Arts (sancaseattle.org) is a nonprofit organization that aims to keep participants active and engaged through circus arts and acrobatics. The school offers both child and adult classes at two skill levels. Tramp 1 is for students who wish to learn basic skills, including how to rotate and twist while jumping. In Tramp 2, students will learn greater control and will perfect rotations and landing positions.
Sky High Sports

Seattle's Sky High Sports (sea.jumpskyhigh.com) offers trampoline classes for students who wish to trampoline jump for a workout. The gym's AIRobics classes feature a number of different workout activities on the trampoline. Promising to give participants an exhilarating and exhausting cardio workout, AIRobics classes can help students burn more than 1,000 calories during one session while jumping on the trampoline.
