1
Adjust the angle of the bindings on the board by using the screwdriver to remove the screws holding the bindings to the board. This will reveal two discs below the bindings that can be used to adjust stance width and angle. The angle each disc is set at is printed around the edge of the disc, and the multiple sets of screw holes in the board allow stance width and placement to be adjusted.

2
Fit the Flow bindings to the boot by inserting the toe of the boot through the two straps at the front of the binding. Tighten the straps to the boot by using the ratchets located on the straps of the boot. Pulling on the opposite side of the ratchet will allow the straps to be loosened.
-
3
Flip the rear of the binding up, locking the boot in place on the bindings. The rear can be adjusted by turning the dial located on the back. Turn the dial in one direction to tighten the fit, and the other direction to loosen it, depending on the specific Flow model.
-
4
Move the rear of the binding down and remove the boot. Fasten the bindings to the adjusted discs using the screws removed earlier.
